"Joining private online classes with Rubika ji is a privilege! In addition to teaching me yoga, she invests significant effort in sharing practical knowledge and know-how on mindfulness techniques, including meditation practices we can carry out through the day. Rubika ji's knowledge on spirituality is exemplary and her approach to teaching is combined with empathy. If you're looking for yoga that connects with you in a deeper way, beyond just the usual or physical practice, then Rubika ji is one of the finest teachers."

"My experience at the retreat in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh was truly transformative. The serene atmosphere, punctual schedule, and peaceful surroundings created the perfect space for inner growth. In just three days, I learned practices that brought immense clarity, calmness, and balance to my mind and body. The guided sessions were meaningful, gentle, and deeply enriching. Each day felt purposeful, and I left feeling lighter, happier, and more connected with myself. This retreat has given me tools that I will carry forward in my daily life. I am extremely grateful for this peaceful and uplifting experience. Highly recommended!"

"The yoga retreat I attended was a perfect mix of learning, soul exploration and relaxation. It was an unforgettable experience. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. A fixed routine followed by all of us (even if it was raining) there has brought harmony in me and my lifestyle. I felt balanced, energised during the whole retreat. The sessions were well structured by our teachers who are exceptionally knowledgeable. The location they selected for the retreat was in itself so calming. While writing this I am still getting goosebumps, that how life changing experience it was!! I returned home with lots and lots of memories, calmness, strength and gratitude."
